I'm a long time convert to bidet seats since visiting Japan years ago. I've owned a few brands, the latest of which was from CleanTouch. The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive.
The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contacting them I shipped it to CleanTouch and the response was within days. Their communication about the issues they encountered was thorough and clear and they more than followed through in resolving the issue in short order. To be honest, it was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had from any company. I highly recommend CleanTouch for the product and for their after sales service.

Great product and amazing customer service.
I bought mine last year, and the seat developed a hairline crack due to using a cleaner with strong chemicals. I spoke to the manager over the phone, and he was extremely friendly. I brought it to the shop, and he replaced it in 20 minutes. The staffs were very kind too. I had used another brand from overseas before, but when it broke after the warranty period, I had no other options.
I highly recommend this company if you live in greater Vancouver. If it has any problems, at least you can bring it to the shop and get it fixed.
